A frozen gallon of one of our smoothie bases. Use it to make your own Hula Bowls at home! There are 16 of our regular-size bowl servings or 32 mini bowl servings in each gallon. Freeze your gallon when not in use. To eat, pull out of the freezer, set out to thaw, scoop your desired portion, and then return the gallon to the freezer! Just like ice cream, except healthy!
