A frozen quart of one of our smoothie bases. Use it to make your own Hula Bowls at home! There are 4 of our regular size bowl servings or 8 mini bowl servings included in each quart. Freeze your quart when not in use. To eat, pull out of the freezer, set out to thaw, scoop your desired portion, and then return the quart to the freezer! Just like ice cream, except healthy!
